What is the difference between BioMin F & BioMin C?
BioMin F and BioMin C active ingredients are from the same family, both are designed to put back the lost apatite (tooth mineral) that is dissolved from tooth surfaces on a daily basis.
BioMin F
BioMin F contains fluoride, calcium and phosphate. As the BioMin starts to dissolve in saliva these three ions combine to optimally precipitate fluorapatite on the tooth’s surface. This fluorapatite is 1oX more acid resistant than the tooth’s natural appetite, making the tooth more resilient to decay.
BioMin C
Within BioMin C, a chloride ion (like chloride in salt NaCl, not pool chlorine) replaces the fluoride ion incorporated in BioMin F. BioMin C reacts fast and develops hydroxyapatite (tooth material) within minutes, however, it does not provide the enhanced acid resistance of fluorapatite created by BioMin F (BioMin F’s slow-release fluoride creates this).

Good flavour and a great fluoride free option
compared to classic toothpaste like sensodyne, i notice this leaves powdery residue in the sink. not a negative! but suggests its this that does the work when not rinsed off after brushing?
I have sensitive teeth, and I stuck it out for 2 weeks but the pain the toothpaste gave me while brushing was excruciating and wasn’t getting better so I stopped using it 😔
Nice tasting toothpaste
BioMin C has finally stopped my teeth from needing fillings every dentist visit! When I was advised to stop using fluoride to help treat my hypothyroidism, my teeth were no longer protected and decayed much faster, but using BioMin twice daily, following flossing and Piksters, has given back that protection and stopped the decay!
Very happy with the product which is also used by Bryan Johnson from Blueprint. So, this comes highly recommended.
t would be a great product but it (unnecessarily) contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate which is a known toxin
So pleased I found BioMin toothpaste. Pleasant mild taste, reduces sensitivity and no fluoride. I also love the toothbrushes – best I’ve ever tried.
It has helped with sensitivity a lot but still ongoing for mineralisation as not been using for very long, very happy with the product
I was dubious at first .. the sharp pains of my teeth continued for some time .. however I was assured with the first order to be patient .. Well .. patience paid off!! Thank you Biomin C .. brushing is now pain free as is the simple breathing of cool air and the eating of ice cream! A truly fluoride free toothpaste for sensitive teeth that works!
